BICS, Wildix Form WebRTC, UC&C Friendship
WebRTC puts the power of communication and collaboration a click of the mouse away. This browser-based phenomenon is part of a new wave of communications, and indicative of the type of innovation taking place today.
BICS announced that WebRTC unified communications and collaboration (UC&C) provider Wildix selected the global communications provider for voice services.
“What differentiates us from our competitors is our commitment to deliver measurable value to our customers, which is why we chose BICS – a similarly customer-centric business – to partner with,” said Steve Osler, CEO, Wildix. “Our ‘personal touch’ approach, teamed with our efficient and simple-to-use web-based tools for enterprises, has led to a successful sales strategy resulting in a positive ROI and 100% increase in year-on-year sales between 2016 and 2017.”
In specific, the Wildix WebRTC UC&C offering will come paired with BICS’ SIP Trunking solution. The newly formed solution will enable customers to experience seamless communications – both inbound and outbound calls – via the cloud communications platform.
Jorn Vercamert, VP communication solutions, BICS, added, “We’re seeing an increasing number of enterprises adopting cloud-based communications services to support their business globalisation aims and enhance productivity across their organisation. We’re excited to be working with Wildix to enable more companies to benefit from cloud communications services.”
Those Wildix customers selecting BICS will benefit in a number of ways. In additional to enhancing scalability, it will support company initiatives like BYOD with a robust cloud-based UC&C solution. In addition, end-users get to enjoy carrier grade quality IP based voice services.
Unified communications is a key ingredient to a successful organization, and putting the proper components in place goes a long way toward the bottom line.
