RingLeader Recognized as Emerging Networking and UC Vendor
RingLeader, a provider of cloud-based communication solutions for businesses and consumers in the U.S., has announced it was recently recognized for its innovation in driving growth in its channel program.
The company was listed in the networking and UC category of CRN’s 2020 Emerging Vendors list for its ability to address pain points in the industry with its offerings. Those pain points have become particularly evident during current conditions, as companies continue to turn to communications technologies to navigate remote work and social distancing requirements with ease.
RingLeader’s social communication technology makes it possible for groups or emerging enterprises to integrate their existing legacy voice and data infrastructure into its distributed, secure CrowdVoicing platform. With this unstructured phone system, they can manage teams of all sizes, quickly deploy rings of human talent for any project, event, or task.
"With the rise in remote work, RingLeader's CrowdVoicing platform is empowering organizations of all sizes to improve collaboration, communication, and productivity, wherever they conduct business," said Neil Darling, CEO, RingLeader.
At the core of the company’s communications suite is a business-class SIP Trunking phone service called Carrier-Connect, which can integrate with an on-premises phone system without any extra hardware. Its Carrier-Connect solution also uses call-recording for AI and to locate urgent data points like customer and agent emotion, for risk scoring.
To assist businesses with transitioning to VoIP Services at the start of the pandemic, RingLeader said back in May that it would provide free subscriptions for North American calling services to consumers and small businesses.
As part of its offer to help families and businesses to navigate these uncertain times, the company is providing 25,000 months of free CrowdVoice service as well as free messaging and VoIP services including unlimited inbound international calling and 500 minutes of free outbound calling per month where service is available.
