New Red Box Recording Solution for Microsoft Teams

Voice platform solutions provider Red Box has announced a new Compliance Recording solution for Microsoft Teams that company officials say will make it possible for companies to capture high-quality voice interactions and translate it into actionable data and insights.

Microsoft Trams is one of the most used communications platforms for enterprises. With this offering, organizations will have an easy way to meet regulatory compliance requirements for recording and archiving interactions as well as gaining the ability to use those records to advance operations.

"With thousands of our customers operating in regulated industries, the Compliance Recording solution for Microsoft Teams is a key integration on our connectivity roadmap," comments Pete Ellis, Red Box CPO. "Secure resilient capture of high-quality voice and metadata and our breadth of connectivity is also core to our integration with Dynamics 365 Customer Service Insights and Sales Insights, and other AI and analytics partners, providing customers with access to a rich data set that can be turned into actionable insights."

The solution, which is currently being certified as part of Microsoft's new Compliance Recording ISV partner certification program, has been introduced at an opportune time as industries grapple with new remote work set-ups and new expanded location settings.

For highly-regulated industries like financial services and call centers, this offers the ability to easily add the functionality on-premises or via the cloud and maintain compliance requirements. With an open API, it can also be added to other tools and applications like fraud detection or surveillance solutions.

Beyond advanced features and easy integrations, the new recording offering comes with Red Box’s Preferred Telephony Partner status for conversation intelligence. This Dynamics 365 Customer Service Insights and Sales Insights focus means businesses can make use of the data they record and use insights to improve sales performance and boost customer experiences.

Last month, Microsoft also announced it added several new capabilities to Teams as part of its ongoing move to make updates based on customer feedback. New features include better device management tools, personalized badges, and other app configuration options.
