CCi Voice Acquires Tele-Verse Communications, Expanding Footprint in Northeast

By Stefania Viscusi -

Redding, Conn.-based CCi Voice, and telecommunications provider serving the Northeast announced it acquired Long Island-based Tele-Verse Communications, which provides telecommunications solutions to Long Island and the tri-state area.

According to company officials, this move is part of the company’s regional growth strategy focused on bringing more cloud-based solutions to the local market.

The company, formerly called LeBlanc Communications Group, has been a key partner for businesses, schools, and non-profits looking to upgrade their communications and infrastructure.

With this latest acquisition, the company has expanded its footprint and can provide on-site services throughout the New York metropolitan area and Southern New England. It has also improved its product and service lineup and has welcomed 15 tenured professionals to its team.

Tele-Verse provides services to businesses of all sizes and across many industries. Part of its portfolio of offerings includes voice and computer cabling, business phone systems, virtualized unified communications and collaboration (UCC) solutions, cloud communication solutions, collaboration tools, WiFi networks, and security and video surveillance products.

With CCi Voice, customers gain streamlined communications by connecting VoIP, video and audio conferencing, contact centers, video surveillance, etc. Its hosted VoIP solution is locally-based and supported, and it provides around-the-clock monitoring and alerts for possible issues with voice or internet quality.

Commenting on the recent acquisition, CCi Voice President and CEO Michael LeBlanc said, “My team and I have been searching for an organization whose principles and mission was in line with our high standards for customer service. We found exactly what we were looking for in Tele-Verse Communications. This company and its talented staff are an ideal complement to our dedicated team. I am proud to continue the strong relationships forged by Tele-Verse founder Frank Paone, who is retiring after 40 years of service.”

The company said it will maintain the Holtsville, N.Y., office/warehouse location and continue operations from its Redding headquarters.
